All employees from nine of A+ office branches gathered for the annual meeting at Augujeong A Plus Auditorium on November 20^th.  This time, we had a contest between office branches with the subject of ' Keys to Quality Care at My Dental Office. '  It was an informative and valuable chance to learn and share excellent ideas and know-how on how to improve the quality of our dental practice.

The topics were as follows:
  - Tips on maxium satisfactory deep cleaning and regular check-ups for periodontal patients
  - Effective consultations before and after treatment
  - Painless dental treatment
  - How to deal with patient complaints
  - Infection control at the dental office
  - How to make good use of TBI (Tooth Brush Instructions) and a clean tip
  - Communication with patients to decrease fears for treatment

We selected four top winners with the best presentations.

Grand prize: Gangnam Office, Importance of routine check-up for oral health

1^st prize: An-San Office , Innovation on MOT (Moment of Truth) 

2^nd prize: Gan-Seok Office, Painless dental treatment

3^rd prize: No-Won Office, Ways to improve satisfaction of orthodontic patients
