As part of the effort to improve the staff’s English communication with foreign patients in treatment rooms, the English Coordinator, Joyce Choi, opened Dental English Seminars at three A Plus offices - Apgujeong, Eun-pyeong and Bundang - in May.

The seminars were held  in two classes. The first class covered various dental office conversations, using dental terminology and expressions. This was followed in the second class by all dental staff having a one-to-one dental English practice session.  

“I’m sure that the seminar was a real help to our hygienists, because they have been very motivated in their dealings with many foreign patients. Since the seminar, they seem more energetic and confident with foreign patients in the treatment rooms. I really appreciated their active participation in the seminars, and the efforts they put into English communication at work,” said Joyce Choi.
