Summer Oral Health

Summer is here, which for many people, means vacations and fun in the sun. We have several oral health tips for your family this summer.

1.
Do not bite popsicle products and ice directly.
Try to melt them a little in your mouth before  eating.

2. Avoid flare/irritant or hot foods.

They can cause cavities and sensitive teeth.

3.
Brush your teeth at least an hour later after you have taken acidic foods such as sodas.
    It prevents tooth decay.

4. Try to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

While chewing the fibers found in fruit and vegetables, your gums get cleaned, leading to
    good oral health.

5. Make sure to rince your mouth with water right after eating any food when there is no a
tooth brush and tooth paste handy.
