These are some of the topics we have dealt with at ‘Quality and Productivity Seminar.’  

All A Plus doctors and employees completed a 16-week seminar led by a renowned hospital consultant in July. Through classes, home work and team assignments, we learned many approaches to make our service the best of the best.  Keeping in mind what we have been taught, now we strive to apply the approaches to improve our quality of service.
